Calaveras Garden to Family survey.  Completing this survey helps us determine how much fresh produce we can expect to provide to The Resource Connection Food Bank and how to organize volunteers to complete this project. 

A couple of weeks  after signing up you will receive a phone call a welcome phone cal to discuss the type and amount of produce you intend to supply. Afterward, subject to weather and unforeseen circumstance, we will expect you to e-mail or call us when you have produce to donate.

Whether you plan to deliver the produce to the Food Bank or need help transporting it we would like to know what you're providing and the quantity so we can track the total amount supplied through Garden to Family. Your information also helps us refine the program for future improvement. Thanks again for your interest in this project.
